    THE AIM OF THE PROGRAMME

  1. All the visitors of the site have possibility to find all parameters of the future natural disasters: earthquakes, tsunami, typhoons, hurricanes, floods, etc. for the 102 countries of the world with the dates-year, month, day; place-the coordinates of longitude and latitude of the epicenter and the magnitude by Richter’s scale which will be calculate by the help of scientific prediction elaborated in the International Academy of Sciences of Ecology and Safety of vital activity ,associated with the Department of Information and Publication of the UN (IAES), under the guidance of the President of the Belgian Branch of IAES, academician of IAES, professor Melik-Yelchyan Alexander.


  2. To assist all countries of the world (102 countries), located in seismic-active zones of the planet, to prevent disastrous, destructive consequences and provide safety of people from oncoming disasters.


  3. The parameters of all future natural disasters will be periodically situated on the web-site, and the possibility of the event to be happen exceeds 90 %. All parameters of future cataclysms are presented in the tables, containing calculated: time, place and power.


  4. All the countries, juridical and private persons who wish to be prepared for the future natural disasters might gain the calculations for their territory on our web-site a month, year and years beforehand.


  5. Taking into consideration while making the calculations we use averaged physical-mechanical and seismic-tectonic data taken from scientific literature, as well as taking into account the fact that between the influence of "trigger mechanism" and beginning of the catastrophe must pass the certain period of time named "lull", which depends on linear sizes and volume of tectonic blocks of a given region, accuracy of presented calculations will be:
    1. power-magnitude – from 0,1 to 1,0;
    2. place - latitude and longitude - from 0,1 to 1,0 degrees;
    3. time - from 5 hours up to 72 hours that is to say from 1,0 days up to 3,0 days.

  6. In the theory of “short-term forecast of natural disasters” which is presented in the web-site besides the theoretical method of the calculation of the parameters of future natural disasters the dependency emitted by centre of the earthquake and coming to receiver of the seismic waves, in which the period of "lulls" before earthquake is shown graphically is described in a separate chapter. This dependency allows to raise vastly the accuracy of the calculations presented in the web-site by the help of methods of natural studies on the seismic stations of each country and elaborate true value of power and time. This work can be conducted by the seismic services of a given region, which is in a region of risk and danger.


  7. Taking into account p.V it is advisable to begin checking the forecasted and happened parameter with p. V.2 (the place - the latitude and the longitude).


  8. In our tables the magnitude is indicated in upper limit up to 6,0 since this is already a very strong earthquake. This is done from the point of view the fact that there is always a "critic" for which any progress in science is a ground for panic.


  9. In a theory, presented in the web-site besides the theoretical method of the calculation of parameters of future natural disasters the dependency of emitted by centre of the earthquake and coming to receiver of the seismic waves is shown in a separate chapter, which allows to raise vastly the accuracy provided in web-site the theoretical calculations by the help of methods of nature studies on seismic stations of any country and elaborate the true value of power and time.


  10. Having our calculations of parameters of future natural disasters the seismic stations of a given country in dangerous region a month before a date specified in a table can begin the nature studies on the physical-mechanical parameter changes of the soil in a given region and can define exact data of the beginning of the disaster(p. II.5). Such experiment in nature was organized by the author together with the Institute of Seismology and Geophysicists of Armenia and gave positive results.


  11. All the visitors of the web-site are able to send their wishes and offers to the address of BB of IAES with a confidence that they will be considered.


  12. All the countries which are not mentioned in the list but would like to have the calculations made for them can contact us at our address. The same pertains to the countries interested in the future seismic activity of their territory.
  ON the ACTIVITY of the BELGIAN BRANCH of IAES BB of the International Academy of the Sciences of Ecology and Safety of Vital Activity associated with the Department of the Publication and Information of the UN (BB IAES) is a public association, organized as a result of free expression of will of citizens and legal persons - a public associations, having common interests in the field of ecology, safety of lives of the person from natural and technogenic disasters.

  The main purpose to found the BB IAES is an activation of the creative interaction of scientists and specialists working in a sphere of ecology as well as worldwide assistance to scientific-technical progress, use of its achievements in public facilities; the professional consolidation of the scientists and specialists; undertaking the perspective studies and developments in the field of ecology, safety of vital activity of people, medicine and biology; protection of health and lives of people from natural and antropogenical phenomena are dangerous for mankind and surrounding ambiences, recovery of production and surrounding ambiences.

  BB IAES is one of the few organizations in the world, solving the problem of safety of vital activity, ecology, of the emergency situations in complex on system bases in order to recover and preserve the ecological balance, sustainable development of the society, protection of lives and health of the people from destructive effects of the epidemiological and natural disasters.

  BB IAES is a unique organization in the world, which use the method of the scientific forecasting of natural disasters: earthquakes, tsunamis, typhoons, volcanoes and floods, which is presented to the Nobel Committee, calculates and sends the information to the all countries of the world the place, time and power of the future natural disasters for the territories of 102 countries of the world.

  The Managing body of BB IAES is a Presidium with the President at the head.
BB IAES plans to publish the periodic international magazine "Ecology and Safety of Vital Activity", which will highlight the ecological problems in all regions of Belgium and of other countries of the world, as well as will regularly publish the data of expected natural disasters for all countries of the world (102 countries).

  This magazine will have an international status and each issue will be send to the International Academy of Ecology & Life Protection Sciences associated with the Department of Public Information of the United Nations ( IAELPS). Information on future natural disasters will be passed to the Governments, scientists, as well as to the Ministries of the Emergency situations of all countries of the world (102) which threatens the catastrophe in advance. The publishing activity of BB IAES includes the popularization of new technologies, works, conference conducted by BB IAES and creative activity of the most talented members of BB IAES.



    THE MAIN POSITIONS of BB of IAES
  1. Performing the programs on ecology and safety of vital activity.
  2. Exploratory activity.
  3. Research activity of Problem-solving Councils.
  4. The organization of the International Centre of Warning Natural Disasters: earthquakes, tsunami, typhoon, hurricane , floods and volcanoes for the territory of102 countries of the world.
  5. Publishing activity - a magazine "Ecology and Safety", which will illuminate ecological problems and the warning of natural disasters on the whole planet.
  6. The publication of the scientific works of the members of BB IAES.
  7. Undertaking of international conferences and seminars on ecology and emergency situations.
  8. The propaganda of safety of vital activity during natural disasters.
  9. Regular warning of 102 countries of the world about forecasted future natural disasters: passing information on place, time and power of the future natural disasters.
  10. Creation and co-ordination of the activities of the regional branches of BB IAES.
  11. The annual contest - "Danger From the Viewpoint of Schoolchildren".
    Charter directions of BB IAES are:
  • assistance for the development of fundamental studies in the field of ecology, safety of vital activity of people;
  • participation in inculcating the research achievements and their efficient practical use;
  • forecasting the development of the research progress;
  • determination of the priority directions in the decisions of ecological, demographic, economic problems and a provision of safe-living of people;
  • development of the offers on improvement of the legislation and normative documents on ecology and safety of people and nature;
  • co-ordination of scientific methodical activity on preparation and retraining of scientific and engineering specialists in the field of ecology and safety of vital activity;
  • protection of legal rights and interests, including intellectual property of the members of BB IAES;
  • realization within the framework of international law and acting legislation of other activity, promoting the elaboration and integration of aims and problems of the Charter of IAES;
  • scientific activity in structure of BB IAES and in cooperation with other organizations;
  • usage of the periodic seal (newspapers, magazines, TV) and other mass media institutions for propaganda of ecological problems.
TERMS OF ACCEPTANCE OF THE MEMBERS OF BB IAES The main purpose of BB IAES is an association of scientists and engineers of all countries for efficient interaction at decisions of the problems of protection of people from anthropogenic and natural factors, constituting a menace to safety of lives of people. BB IAES works on initiative program, planned for a determined period of time.(5 -10 years), which is co-coordinated with international policy of the European Commission, UN and IAES in the field of ecology, protection of person and nature, as well as in the field of exceeding situations which is co-coordinated with international and national organizations and departments.

      For admittance in members of BB IAES you need to direct the following:
  • a statement with request on acceptance, where the section is indicated and the information about the activity the candidate is planning to conduct in the section as well, while becoming a member of BB IAES;
  • personal slip on account of the members of BB IAES;
  • a creative recommendation;
  • a list of the main scientific works;
  • copies of diplomas, certificates about higher education, degree, scientist rank;
  • a photographs of 3õ4 size (4 copies);
  • a recommendation of the member of IAES or a decision of the Research Council of the organization.
All the members elected on contest-Real members, Associate members and the Councils of BB IAES receive the Diplomas of installed sample and a corresponding Certificate of IAES. The Real members (the academicians) admission fee is €100. Associate members - €80. The annual amount of the membership dues is in amount of one minimum salary for Associate members and two - for Real members (the academicians), and is paid before December 20 of the current year. The dues can be paid at the pay-desk of BB IAES or can be transferred to the bank account.
